Bench Press - 1X5 @ 60%, 1X5 @ 70%, 2X5 @ 75% – rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Conditioning:

10 minute AMRAP of:

5 Inverted Burpees 10 Thrusters 65/45# 30 Double-Unders

-then-

10 minutes of TGU work/practice.

Strength: Shoulder Press (Strict): 10 min EMOM 3x @65%, 3x5 Jerks @75% 1 min rest

Skill: 3x 20 yd back pedal to 20 yd Sprint

WOD: For Time: 90 Wall Ball (20/16), 90 Split Jumps (45L/45R), 90 Lateral Jumps, 30 HSPU
