Food: The secret to tasty chicken? Thighs. Chicken breasts are so out-dated...and not juicy and not tasty.  Thighs solve all these problems. Check costco for bags of organic thighs..pretty reasonably priced.

Strength:

Back Squat - 1x20 - Goal is to pick a weight and complete 20 reps for 1 set.  Weight should be moderate...60% or more.  You may rest with bar on back but no racking until set is complete. Utilize spotters when going for full set

Conditioning:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

40 Sit-up

20 Hand release push-up

40 Jumping Pull-up (males chest-to-bar jumping pull-up)

Strength:Box Squats: 10 min EMOM 2x @70% w/ Medium/Light Bands

Skill: 6x 10yd Running long jumps

WOD:10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 For Time: Power Cleans (Pro: 155/115, Col: 135/95, AM: 95/65), Burpees
