Food: We are sad to be losing such a valued member of our team here at the Box...Brian Kinslow will be taking a job up north with a travel adventure company. Strength:

Bench Press - 1×20 – Goal is to pick a weight and complete 20 reps for 1 set.  Weight should be moderate…60% or more. Utilize spotters when going for full set

Conditioning:

12, 9, 6, 3 reps of:

KB Swing - 70/53 Pull Ups GHD Sit Ups

CrossFit Football with Jeremy Howard @ 7pm Monday-Thursday

Strength: 5x3 Snatch @65%, 3x5 Snatch Extensions (Heavy) 1 min rest

Skill: 4 min 25m sprint every 20 sec

WOD: 8 min AMRAP: 3 Anyway Overhead (155/115), 5 Box jumps (24/18), 7 Ring Dips
