April 21 - CrossFit Estero

Food: Goat cheese covered grapes rolled in crushed pistachios.  Roasted chicken parts in sauce

Strength:

Choose a lift from week - 1x20 - Goal is to pick a weight and complete 20 reps for 1 set.  Weight should be moderate...60% or more.  You may rest with bar on back but no racking until set is complete. Utilize spotters when going for full set
