Food: Salmon with kerry gold butter melted and side of white potatoes.  White potatoes should be considered a cheat.  They are technically 'paleo' but they are also  a white starch and white starches spike the blood sugar levels hard. And just in case you didn't know or remember, that is a bad thing!

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight Bench press: body weight Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.
