Coconut flour breaded onion rings deep fried in organic palm oil.  Sliced pineapple. Side prosciutto.  Tomato sauce and fennel cooked homemade pork sausage.  Meal for myself.

Advanced:

Same as above

Pick 2 accessory movements and crush

Skill:

Pick a skill - Work on a not sucking at it

Advanced: Pick 2 and learn to suck less at them

Conditioning:

Pick a Hero or Female WOD that entire class agrees on and perform

Advanced: Set a PR on above WOD

Cooldown:

Wrist and ankle and hip mobility work
