Skill: 5 min Establish ME UB Double Under set

Conditioning: 2 Rounds For Time: 20 OHS (95/65), 15 Barbell Facing Burpees, 10 KBS (70/53) ::CASHOUT:: 5 Rope Climbs (Not For Time)

Basic WOD

Skill: Empty bar work as group: 10 Power clean, 10 jerks, 10 Power snatch, 10 Overhead Squats. Rest 2 minutes. Repeat.

Skill 2: Rest

Conditioning: ARMAP in 15 minutes of: 250m building farmer walk *KB or DB, 10 Tire jumps
