Strength:

Band Bench Press - Load up mini band tension and work on speed sets with medium weight on bar.  Can also load up kettlebells from bands on the bar.  Work towards failure

Skill:

Muscle up work for 10 minutes

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:

Load a bar and perform the following:

2x Power Clean

2x Squat Clean

2x Split Jerk

2x Overhead Squat

2x Squat Snatch

*95/65 or Scale up

*Coach's note: Try to flow smoothly through motions
