Body Temp Warmup: 3 Minutes

250m Row -250m Run - 150 Jump Rope skips

Dynamic Range of Motion: 6-8 Minutes

Coach's Choice

Strength: 10 Minutes

Squat Clean - Build to 80% and perform sets of 2 until failure

Skill: 8 Minutes

Turkish Get-up - Complete 10 Reps per arm.  increase load, make it challenging

CFG Advanced: Work towards a 1rm

Conditioning: ~20 minutes

Three rounds for time: Run 400 meters 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing) 12 Pull-ups

CFG Advanced: Do Heavy Helen with 72# kettle
