250m Row -250m Run - 150 Jump Rope skips

Dynamic Range of Motion: 6-8 Minutes

Coach's Choice

Strength: 10 Minutes

Make Up Lift -  Build to 50% of 1 rep max and perform 50 reps in as few sets as possible. Go max reps-max reps


Double Unders for 5 minutes

Conditioning: ~25 minutes

7 Rounds for time of:

7 Burpee Box Jump

7 Front squat

7 Push Press

*Pick ONE weight and use for both Front squat and Push Press.
