Hot/Cold Contrast Shower

Epsom Salt Baths 

Massage

Foam Rolling

Vitamin C

High Dose Fish Oil

Sleep 8+ hours in a pitch black room

Take extra rest days

Walk often

Go Higher-ish carbs on your heavy days (stick with complex to avoid fat gain!)

Take ZMA or a magnesium supplement before bed
