Food: Trader joes has some cheap organic chicken drumsticks.  I coated these with grated parmesan and thats it.  Dunk in an egg bath then roll in the cheese.  Bake or pan fry for an awesome crispy gluten-free coating.


10 Minutes of Skill Work - pick 1 or 2 things that you suck at and work on not sucking at them


For time:  1 mile Run 100 Pull-ups 100 Push-ups 100 Squats 1 mile Run
