Shoulder Press - 1×20 – Goal is to pick a weight and complete 20 reps for 1 set.  Weight should be moderate…60% or more.  You may rest with bar on back but no racking until set is complete. Utilize spotters when going for full set


As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

Max rep Bench Press #135/95

Strength: High Bar Back Squat: 8 min EMOM 2x @75%

Skill: 6x Burpee 10 yd sprints

WOD: 20-10-5 For Time: Deadlift (225/135), Shoulder Touches, Situps
