Skill: @ 60% Pace
AMRAP in 8 minutes of: @ 60%:
Work on rings/handstand/general gymnastics. Avoid failure. Give everything to the WOD.
CFG Advanced 80%: + 2 muscle ups NO FALSE GRIP per round
Conditioning: ~20 minutes
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of: 155 pound Deadlift, 9 reps 12 Push-ups 15 Box jumps, 24" box
