Food: Organic creme brulee...homemade. Very easy recipe. I highly recommend trying to make this at home. Keeps well in fridge and can be put into small custard disshes to partition out throughout week.  A nice treat to help stay on that clean diet!


Complex: 1 Power Clean - 1 Hang Power Snatch - Lower to overhead squat Hold for 10 count - Perform 3 OHS (do not drop bar until down with set)

Rest 60 sec between set.  Start at 50% of snatch.  Increase 2.5/5 per set.  Perform 6 sets.


3 rounds for time of:

15 KIPPING HSPU or BAND  10 1 Arm DB Snatches (alternating) #70/50 5 Muscle Ups or 15dips/15pullups
