Food: Segmented grapefruit, some olive oil, and dash of sea salt.  Simple, delicious, creative, amazing.  Use fresh local ingredients and a little finesse and you have tasty-awesome meals and sides..


Complex: 1 Snatch-grip deadlift, 1 snatch-grip hi pull, 1 muscle snatch, Hold overhead for 10 count, lower to hang, perform 8 snatch-grip bent-over rows

Rest 60 sec between set.  Start at 40-50% of snatch.  Increase 2.5/5 per set.  Perform 6 sets.


20 Minutes of:

250m Run

20 one-arm kettlebell swings - switch hand at top of swing
