Food: Whole wild caught snapper backed in a parchment pouch with fixin's....


Complex: 1 Squat Clean, 1 strict press, 1 Front squat, 1 jerk, 1 back squat, 1 good morning, 1 bottom of squat hold (back) for 20 count, squat up.  That is 1 rep. Complete with bar in hands entire time.

Rest 60 sec between set.  Start at 40-50% of clean weight.  Increase 2.5/5 per set.  Perform 8 sets.


Five rounds for time of: Handstand walk 25 yards (or 1 minute static hold) 50 Squats
