Food: Good eggs should run about 4$ a dozen.  Don't complain about the price either as there isnt a more complete food in the world.  AND DO NOT THROW THE YOKES AWAY.  That is where all the nutrients are at!  Eating yokes does not increase your cholesterol either.  That is a typical misinformed notion from the current government recommendations and food pyramid crap.
