Back Squats: 1X5 @ 60%, 1X5 @ 70%, 2X5 @ 75% – rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
5 rounds of:
10 Burpee-Rope-Toes-To-Rope (can sub bar for rope)
10 Overhead Squat @ 95/65
10 Deadlift @ 95/65
*First movement= stand underneath a bar or near a rope and initiate each rep by doing a burpee, then jump to grab bar or rope and do a toes-to-bar (or rope) and then come down. That is 1 rep.
