My name is Colin Stuckert. I write this blog and do the programming for CrossFit Estero. Many of you know me, some do not. We have some readers who tune in daily just to see my attempts at culinary (paleoish) greatness. I will be writing here daily (hopefully) and utilizing the audience who come here for various reasons. I figured it appropriate to formally introduce myself. I plan to write on topics that amuse me, annoying me, influence me, etc. Some material may not be suitable for the faint of heart. Please don't take what I say here too seriously as I prefer life/writing to be laced with a healthy dose of levity. Feel free to comment on entries and ask questions. The more educated you are the less likely you are to suffer mentally or physically in this life. Please PLEASE...make the pursuit of knowledge a tandem goal to your pursuit of fitness or health or whatever. The most unforgivable disease is ignorance. Don't suffer from this ailment of the mind!!! CrossFit is as mentally challenging as it is physically, as many of you know. Consider it a supplement to your physical fitness. The brain is a muscle and it's exercise is "reading for time!" Or as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: "Thinking hard!" Or As many reps for the rest of your life of: "Questioning everything, challenging conventional anything, and refusing to be a member of the mob and/or an ignoramus!"

Back Squat - Build to 85% and 3 or 4 sets of 7 reps.
Learn movements for WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 225 pound Deadlift, 6 reps 7 Burpee pull-ups 10 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood Run 200 meters
*Female deadlift 155pounds, Kettlebell swing, 40 pounds
*Pullups can be kips after the burpee jump to bar.
