Skill: 5 min False Grip Ring Pullup work

Conditioning: For Time: 20 pushups, 10 Split Jumps, 20 pushups, 10 Split Jumps, 10 HSPU, 20 Split Jumps, 10 HSPU, 20 Split Jumps

Basic WOD

Skill: Air Squat

Skill 2: Push-Up

Conditioning: 21-15-9: Hand Release Pushups, Ab Mat Situps *Each Round starts with a 250m run  

CrossFit Football WOD

Strength:6x2 Snatch @ 80%, 3x2 OHS @ 80% 

Skill: Difference in Flying 40 and 40

WOD: For Time: 40 Wall Ball (20,16), 40 Box Jumps (24/18), 40 C2B Pullups, 40 Deadlifts (185/105)
