Elite members WOD:
Deadlift 5 sets of 5 at a 85%. Rest 2 minutes between sets. Do not go to failure.
Broad Jumps - sets of 2 max jump with rest in between. 5 sets
Back roll into a Pistol- 10 reps per leg x 3 sets
