Food: Grass-fed ground beef in a hearty stew.  Secret to Paleo ladies and gentlemen.........A crock pot or dutch oven and long cooking times.  Make leftovers and huge one-pot meals.  Anyone saying it isnt easy is simply misinformed.  You can eat amazing food on a regular basis. Just requires some planning and learning some basic cooking skillz!

3x5 High Bar Back Squat with bounce out at bottom @ 80%, 3x ME Handstand Walks (done between sets of High Bar Back Squats)


5 min ME Ring Dips


50m Sprint every 30 sec for 6 min, rest 3 min,

50m sprint every 30 sec for 4 min, rest 2 min,

50m sprint every 30 sec for 2 min.

Penalty for failing to meet time is 10 burpees per penalty cashed in during rest cycle
