Pam has accomplished incredible results in flexibility, weight-loss, and blood lipid improvements over a short period of time.  She was never pressured (too much) by her CrossFitting son or daughter into coming to classes; She comes on her own accord twice a week.  She also keeps a regular supplement routine of Fish Oil, Vitamin D, and ZMA while embracing the Paleo diet. She has improved her quality of life at a stage in her life that many give up and become complacent.  As a result she has many more healthy and happy years to come!
