Food: Roastaed sweet potatos and carrots with thyme and garlic.  Set oven to 400, place some ingredients on sheet pan.  Add some butter halfyway through...cook 30+ minutes until a nice exterior has formed. Extremely easy.

AMRAP 20 minutes: Deadlift 155/115 x 10 Sprint 250m Push ups x 15

Strength:  6 min EMOM 3x Power Clean @ 70%, 5x3 Back Squat @70%

Skill: 30 Burpees with Lateral Roll for Time

WOD: 3 Rounds For Reps: 1 min ME Anyway Over Head, 1 min Rest, 1 min ME Row (Calories), 1 min Rest, 1 Min ME T2B, 1 min Rest
