Food: Organic whipped cream with dash of organic sugar, and organic orange slices on top of 2 small scopps of organic vanilla ice cream - Organic valley brand (best ive ever had).  If you stay away from restaurants and cook often you are able to afford these small sweet indulgences.  Keep the grains, and gluten out of the diet and your healthy gut helps to digest items such as this!
