CrossFit is the sport of fitness. CrossFit is human movement executed in a fun and high intensity setting; CrossFit delivers REAL RESULTS! All CrossFit classes are 1 hour long and are capped at 16 athletes. We train all ages and fitness levels. Weight, reps, and movements are scaled to ensure safety for the individual’s fitness level. We recommend all new to CrossFit try one of our CrossFit Intro classes. You will be instructed through a CrossFit workout by a friendly and helpful instructor.
Group classes have specialized programming that is constantly varied to keep it fun and exciting! Each day is a new exciting workout. Young, Old, Male, and Female all train side by side in class. There are no egos or judgements!
